After trying various suppliers who could not think outside the square, I found Brian , without any hesitation he new what we needed , he was prompt polite and gave amazing service that is so hard to find these days . Brian was very prompt with his first visit and estimate of work requested. This was the most competitive of the four estimates from various pergola constructors. He was also able to complete the work earlier than his competitors. Brian arrived early and very prepared for the first session. He and his friendly partner completed assembling the frame expertly. A week later the curtains were installed with the same efficiency. Brian has a friendly, approachable manner, which made it easy to communicate, ask questions and understand the whole process. We are very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend Brian’s company ‘Custom Pergolas’ to anyone wanting another room installed at their home with the minimum of fuss!

Brian and Nathaniel just completed building our pergola and we are SO happy with the finished product. From our initial enquiry, through the quoting and installation Brian responded super quick, gave clear expectations and explanation of the whole job. A couple of years ago Brian installed our Pergola and since then we have absolutely LOVED sitting out on the deck as well as now leaving the ranchsliders open to our house as the sun would get soo hot that we used to have to close the blinds. Now its extended the living area of our home. Earlier this year due to the cyclones, we had some damage to our blinds. We called Brian again and he went above and beyond to help provide a quote and then carry out the repairs. Awesome job by Brian and team. Delivered sooner than expected and a quality job. I was waiting for a good round of rain and winds to come by to really test the structure. Last few days it has been quite windy and heavy rains in our neighbourhood. The pergola stands solid and best of all, we now have extra space for entertaining!
